This is the worst apartment complex i have ever lived in they take forever to fix anything but expect money on time! Imagine doin laundry then your dryer stops working and you call to fix and they take a whole week! This happened twice!! Now it is broke again because they keep “fixing” instead of replacing it! I pay 2300 here! The customer service here is disgusting and unprofessional!

Had the worst experience here with leasing agent Lucia. She had absolutely no urgency following up with me about my application although I started the process two months in advance. If I left it up to her I’d be homeless; I finally just gave up on trying to get a place here. I will say though, the many times I called the other leasing agents and manager Michael were actually helpful so just try to get someone else.

For an apartment that is suppose to be LUXURY, they absolutely DO NOT UPKEEP THEIR OUTSIDE HALLways and stair case. I was visiting a friend in building 18 and the staircase and hallways were filthy !!! I almost fell on spilled garbage juice from the hallways. And this is supposed to be a luxury apartment. DISGUSTING. This is not the first time I’ve been here and seen the staircases and hallways filthy like that. He even called management about it and they did nothing

I'm changing my review because when things happen management makes sure they rectify the situation as soon as it comes to their attention. I appreciate and I love this because other places would ignore a problem. The Mila isn't a bad place and my previous rating had nothing to do with the apartment as a whole, from the staff to my unit alone I really do love it.

No its not bad its actually very nice. Maintenance is awesome and so is office staff. Theres a few things here and there but I really love my place. There could be improvements as with any new development one thing parking is horrible. If you have guest, like my daughter, they have to park way up front in the 20 spaces for guess parking for this WHOLE community. My daughter was here for about 1 1/2 hrs n received a big warning sign stuck to her window that she cant park there. I see a lot of cars here without stickers parking. So sad thing is they have to park up front to walk all the way in the back my apartment with bags n kids. For as much rent as I pay they should have visitor parking by every bldg! Makes me want to move!

Our community is only a few years old, however we are continuing to build and brand new apartments will be released in the coming months, through to next year.
