Disgusting. Flooding, non professional management team, parking management company selectively tows vehicles, management doesnt assume responsibility on their problems. And to make it all better the parking lot is a Zoo.

I walked into the leasing office and unfortunately was greeted by the one of the rudest employees ever. Roshuan was not helpful and very sassy. I understand there is no unit available but he wasn't even sympathetic or emphatic. Evey question I asked, he shut me down before I can utter the words out. I was sitting in the lobby, he clearly saw me come in. When it was time to help me, he decided to help a GUY who walked in after me. I wanted to join the waitlist but he didn't even give me that option. If you plan on visiting to get information please don't talk to ROSHUAN. Way too sassy

I live there for 4 years and on most days the staff is reasonable but today the Lady in the front office was rude and I really did not appreciate they way she spoke to me today. Yet instead of just hearing how she made me feel she and how I received her customer service she raised her voice with me. I was not a happy resident today. Something they don't tell you also is that the area floods, but let's be honest that is everywhere in Miami. Parking spots are all not sized correctly so parking is tight. I have lived here for 4 years but the way I was treated today was very hurtful and It could of been handled very differently. A year later update: I really Like the New Management team! Parking space still needs work, flooding is still an issue but not as bad as it was and this still is Miami so it's really only so much that can be done. The community is still amazing under the New Management. Now ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Vista palms was such a nice place to live. My unit was next to the pool and I had a lake view so it was perfect for me. I was in a one bedroom and the only negative things about the unit was it was small and not enough storage space. Other than that it was perfect never had an insect issue, maintenance would show up in a timely manner and the community itself was very quiet. They could do better with security I feel they need to invest in putting up a security gate. One thing I really appreciated about vista palms was all of the community activities and functions around the holidays I thought it was a very nice gesture and made the place feel like home. Due to having a baby and their 2 bedroom not being enough space for me I did leave but I would definitely recommend.
