Been living here for about 6 years. This new manager is complete trash and unprofessional (1251). Always lying, giving privilege to her family and her lover. The website for payment doesn’t work and has a nasty attitude when we call to ask about payment options. Doesn’t know how to manage anything. The owners need to hire people with experience and someone who knows how to manage a property. I hope whoever hired her (the manager) sees this

I visited the Santa Clara I office and the manager was amazing. I've been looking for a place for weeks and am a little discouraged. But what i was not expecting was to leave with a smile on my face. The way she explained the process, gave me tips on searching and even gave me some other properties to go to, made me feel really good. Wish they had apartments available though.

New management is very poor doesn’t like to help anyone , always feeding you lies , don’t try to help you out I don’t recommend anyone to move here until they have a new management , you can never talk to owners of the building, it’s always something with her we need help getting her out the office immediately something has to be DONE ASAP

TERRIBLE AND NASTY BUILDING TO LIVE , full of roaches, drug addicts, your apartment will smell of marihuana coming out from the AC, insecure parking lots full of thieves breaking into your car ,vandalism, tenants stealing other tenant's clothes from the laundry room,broken laundry machines and security cameras, elevator out of service all the time, LOUD fire alarm going off and off for not reason, get your earplugs before moving in you will need them,the currently "property manager" lol Nicole Martinez it's not even certified as a legal Property Manager, they will literally STEAL your security money with lame excuses, a bunch of thieves taking advantage of the helpless people, it's a low income community but they will take away every little pennie out of your pocket. STAY AWAY!
