I have been a resident at Palms of Doral for 3 years now and have never felt more at home than anywhere else. I do have to have to acknowledge the leasing office and maintenance team for ensuring a safe and pleasant environment. A special shout out to Natalia, Michelle and Alejandro for exceeding my expectations when I've needed them most; rest assured, your efforts have not gone unnoticed. If you're looking for a sign, committing to moving here -THIS is it! Take it! I promise, you wont be sorry. =)

Be careful signing a lease here. This rental community INCREASES the rent more than 30%. It doesn’t matter how long have you been living here. I’ve been here for 4 yrs and they did it. USD$790.00 more MONTHLY!! Im done here. The office employees DON’T HELP AT ALL. They just answer, we can’t do anything about it. Apartments are old. Painting terrible inside, Doors and doors frame are not well installed and you can see through some frames. CHEAP CARPETS. Horrendous.ANYBODY CAN LIVE HERE. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH NEIGHBOR. You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do. The GATE ??? The gate is NOT SECURE. All visitors can get in, doors barely closes on time and if not visitors can get in through EXIT GATE. This is very expensive NOT WORTH IT. If you pay rent 12:01 day 4th they charge $125.00 and AS I SAID: they NEVER HELP. No empathy at all. THINK twice about it.

We love living at Palms of Doral and love the staff! Michelle is phenomenal. 🥰 Our new dog park totally rocks. We go every night and our doggie has amazing doggie besties. Best idea ever! Every property should have a dog park.

Upon moving in we noticed that the apartment had apparently not been cleaned which is alarming during this pandemic. The floors were filthy, and the countertops were covered in dust. We also noticed a large amount of water leaking from the washer area. After multiple calls and visits to the front, they did finally get someone around to replace the water heater. The A/C unit is apparently not working properly as well. Hopefully the gentlemen that have been working on replacing our water heater as I type this will be able to fix whatever the issue is with the A/C. The location is great though. There are multiple food options and grocery stores within a few minutes drive. It’s also really close to the turnpike which makes it pretty convenient as well. The property is older, but it appears to be well maintained. The pool area looks nice and the gentlemen working at the leasing office was pleasant and helpful.
