Place to get your worst passport pic… very poor lighting

Film was damaged with some permanent marks on it, as if the film wasn’t wiped and dried properly after the final stage of the process. Gave two stars because I never gave them the chance to provide me money back. Nonetheless unacceptable and ruined images.

Yes, they can scan photos for most sizes.
How much is it to develop a disposable camera ( only sending via email?)
We sell some used vintage Polaroid cameras occasionally, but not new one.
