I used to feel sorry for Lowe's when I would here how people were walking out with carts of merchandise without paying. I always shop at Lowe's for everything I needed for work and home. Until a few months ago. I went in to return an under the counter light I purchased. It was past the return date. So she said since I had my receipt I could get store credit. Then she said she couldn't give me store credit. I asked her what can I do to get my money back. She told me to sell it online. I was so upset I left it and the receipt. A $25.00 light cost them my business, my company business and my friends and families business. Sorry now I don't feel bad for them. They're just as bad as the people stealing from them. I give them a 0

Horrible Horrible Horrible, Ordered and paid for a Titan security door in April, I was told it would be ready in May and it wasn't ready till June. When I tried to get it installed the first time the installer brought the door to my house and noticed the manufacturer didn't send the door handles so I had to send the door back to Lowe's and waited for the door handles to be shipped, that took another month. The second time I tried to get it installed, the installer went to pick up the door at Lowe's San Dimas and Lowe's employees couldn't find the door. Third time trying to install the door the installer couldn't install the door, he said there were no instruction in the box. Had to send the door back to Lowe's again. Fourth time trying to install the door, the installer arrived at my house looked confused and finally realized the door was manufactured incorrectly. Unbelievable, what a waist of time, got out of work early a couple times to make sure I was there for the installer. Lost money getting out of work early and here we are August 6 with no door. Decided to get my money back and not deal with them anymore but I lost time and money with Lowe's and the manufacturer. This was my experience with Lowe's.

Stopped in on 04/08/22 (oddly enough,exactly one year from my last review) to pick up some misc items. Finally, they have relaxed the mask requirement so you can actually shop without wearing a face mask. Some employees and shoppers still chose to mask up. I could clearly see employees active helping customers which is a good sign. Cashiers were chatty but still helpful. This is a great placevto shop for improvement items.. my suggestion is to bevaware of what you need or plan to do.. This is so you have the best info available when you search for the items you need.. I will make another visit in about a week after i go back to their gardening dept. I'll update their varieties on the veges since planting season out here in SoCal is in full swing.
