We lived here the past few years and it's gone downhill. They keep raising the rent without taking care of the grounds or the apartments. Trash constantly piled up in front of the dumpster, the dog waste bins are never emptied and it's like pulling teeth to get anything fixed. Earlier this year one of the maintenance's golf carts was driven into my vehicle damaging it and management was alerted by another resident. However management didn't leave any kind of note or information and left me to discover it myself and didn't come forward until I complained in their office days later, it's been months of running around trying to get them to pay and fix it. The dryer vents in the halls are severely clogged, resulting in needing to run the dryer several times just to get dried clothes. Appliances are cheap and constantly broke, half of which maintenance would just use super glue to fix. No integrity with the staff, If you want your rent raised $500 each lease period, with no changed move here :)

Do not move here! This place is badly run by an ever changing office staff. Nothing is taken care of properly. I went wothout a working hot water heater for 5 days and was forced to take cold showers. I then a few weeks later went without a working AC for 4 days and had to force the office to put me in a hotel on the fourth day. The walls and floors are paper thin so you can hear conversations in apartments around yours. My building had no working lights in my hallway for over a year , called coorperate and still nothing..it wasnt until I called a city inspector that they rigged a couple of side markers to shine light in the hallway leaving exposed wires. This place is a mess and I will be moving as soon as my lease expires!

I have to say I been living at this property for 2 years. I have seen property managers come and go. But Ms Melendez, cares about the residences and does her best to get everything done in a timely matter. She is always courteous polite and helpful. Thank you Ms Melendez for a dressing all my work orders. Finally we have A property manager that cares.

UPDATE: Taking away my 2 star review and lowering it to 1 star. You pay for Valet Trash every month on top of your regular trash bill. The company that comes by and collects the valet trash will not come several times a month for no reason given. As a result, the hallway you live in will stink to high hell because that is where you leave your trash for the valet service that shows up only when they want to! LOOK ELSEWHERE. I hesitate to write this review because I try to stay positive, especially about the place I live. But at some point things just get to be too much. The pros: I love the inside of my apartment. It’s cozy. Appliances work well. That’s about it. The location is great. 20 minutes from Clearwater beach, 20 minutes from Tampa, 20ish from St. Pete. Also have quite a lot around us for stores, restaurants. Walking distance from Publix Cons: Where do I begin? 1. Trash. Everywhere. Some residents in building 6 constantly throw trash throughout the grounds, hallway, parking lot and stairs area. Nobody picks it up. Nobody. What’s it take? You have to make a complaint. (See photos for example) 2. “Bark Park” is probably one of the most pathetic I’ve seen. Small fenced in area, nobody picks up their dogs droppings. Which is probably because the trash and doggie bags are located OUTSIDE of the gated area which makes 0 sense. 3. Literally have witnessed 2 Sundays in a row a homeless man ride his bike into the pool area, and just hop in no questions asked. How does this happen? Anyone can come and go into the pool area as they wish. No key needed for entry. Just a swinging gate. 4. Cops are very frequently called at the back apartments by buildings 5 and 6. For as much as a resident pays to live here you’d expect FAR better. If I wasn’t in such a rush to get out of the North/North East during the middle of COVID I would of taken my time to really look into finding a better complex. Until things change and match what I pay monthly for rent, this is my review.. I hesitated to do this. But this is sad. Hope to make this a 5 star review soon because I truly love living in Florida, I love the area, I love the inside of my apartment. But everything else is a drag.

Hi there! If I'm not mistaken, the price range is from ~$1100 - ~$1900 per month. You have an option for 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom up to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. For better pricing, you can visit apartments.com or the The District at Clearwater's website. Hope this helps
