Check in after online booking went smoothly. Online reservation request was quickly responded to and accepted, (for ground floor room). Room was ok. Bedding and towels were clean and fresh. Everything worked. No bugs. Bathroom had a new, oval toilet, but sink desperately needs a new faucet and work on the sink so it doesn't leak forward. Tub could use a re-bath treatment. Very strong disinfectant odor upon entering the room. We left the door open for a while to air it out. Overall, room 147 was fine for a night and we slept well. The room really needs a deep clean with attention to grouting, (mold), corners and baseboards.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. This was just incredibly disappointing. The room had a bobby pin on the floor when we first walked in. Big deal? No....but it's someone else's trash. The smell of the room almost made me gag. I cannot even identify what it was. Somewhere between cleaning products & citronella 🤢 The bathroom was disgusting. I just cannot explain. Bottom line. ...the room gave me the creeps. My family turned right around & left. When we tried to get a refund we were told they don't give refunds. Then they tried to give us $70. It was only after heated conversation that we got a refund. This place obviously does not care about customer satisfaction! Lastly, for a room that cost over $130.......this was shameful. We will be contacting corporate headquarters.

We needed something quick with breakfast to get going in the morning. Pictures looked okay and priced middle of the road so we booked it. The front receptionist was pleasant enough and accommodating but the room was rough. Clean sheets but totally "motel" than hotel. Breakfast was not even worth our time. 3 sugary cereals and a waffle maker. Juice was so watered down. Was not worth the room rate we paid for sure.

Stayed here for a couple nights to visit casino. At first the room looked clean, until I spilled a third cup of coffee, I used a room towel, after cleaning up spill I was shocked at how dirty the floor was. Filthy is the word. Do not walk barefoot or in socks! The shower handle was not working properly, needs repair or replacement. The cleaners were very polite, needed extra coffee and they provided me with 4 cups worth! Appreciated it! Not a recommendation but thats up to other visiters too!
