We didn't read all the bad reviews of this hotel until we were checked in, and were pleased to find none of the complaints applied to our stay. The room was clean, in fact, everything but the bathtub looked brand new. My husband was unable to find a bar of soap to wash his hands and had to use the soap dispenser in the shower. I always have a small bar of soap in my luggage, so not a big deal. Other issues mentioned were noise and door locks. We were on the "back" side on the 3rd floor, so it was pretty quiet. No problem with the lock. We went down to breakfast early, just before 7 am, and there was plenty of food to be had, and the staff was adding more meat and eggs while we were there. Biscuits and gravy are always a winning combination!

The owner/manager is never there. I had an issue with furniture paint on the desk and it ruined my clothes which were worth over $100. The staff was great but couldn’t make a decision to help compensate me for my loss. And the manager/owner has never reached out to resolve this. Also, the tv is old and had trouble changing channels. Again the staff was understanding but not able to help. I like the hotel. It’s clean. It’s a good value. Great staff. But I stay there every week and am disappointed.

Had a nice suite separate room for kids they each had a full size bed. We had a king in a separate room. It had a lot of space but wasn't the best some dirty spots, some just in need of replacement. Breakfast was very nice fresh hot food, great selections. With some improvements would be great.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Extremely dirty. The shower had mold in the corner. The remote had tape on it. The drinks out of the machine taste like dirty dish water. The breakfast food served was absolutely horrible and disgusting. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.
