Oh my where do I begin? If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I’ve never been so humiliated,disrespected , and misjudged in my entire life! I just had the most horrible experience at this place today! So horrible to where I had to call Expedia and have them cancel right on the spot and book my stay at another hotel down the street! The guy at the front desk named Nimesa misjudged and accused me of something horrible just because I accidentally forgot to change the number of travelers on Expedia from 1 to 3 since I was trying to hurry up and reserve a room at the last minute for my two sons and I. After he asked me how many travelers were there, I told him three. Don’t you know he gave me a hard time and disrespected me and told me I didn’t put three travelers and only put 1? I told him it was a mistake and this was my second time staying and previously it was me and my two sons as well that stayed! He then lied and said he called me before about this! I told him obviously he had me mixed up with another guest and I didn’t even book directly with the hotel! I booked with Expedia! I was so upset to where I told him I do not like the way he was treating me as a guest, I drove two hours with my two sons to get here, I refuse to give this place any of my money, and I’m taking my business and money elsewhere! He then told me he would not charge me and cancel, but when I told him I needed something in writing stating he will not charge me and asked to speak to a manager, he refused to let me speak to one or give a number to call, and it was obvious to him he made a mistake when he realized I booked it online with Expedia which I always do when I’m traveling! I took a picture of him and recorded him for proof in case I need to take legal action too! I had to call customer service to tell them about what happened and why I needed to cancel the reservation and book somewhere else since I was wrongly accused, misjudged, and disrespected! Before I left I had confirmation from Expedia that it was successfully cancelled and I would not be charged since he refused to give me anything in writing! I’m warning anyone who decides to stay here to think twice! What a horrible experience!

Positive: Not really anything. It was next to a Valero where I could buy Cokes. And the coffee was free. Negative: It smelled like onions. Really strong!!!!! Stains on the comforter. Bathroom was filthy. The fridge did not work well.

I do not know about Uber, but they have this: "SCOOP-U-UP" Shuttle Service Airport, Casino, and Local Transportation. ... I have not used them, so I do not want to advertise ... But they have business cards in the lobby. Google them and you will get results for BRAUM'S! HAHAHAHHAAA!! ... and you can all ways try public transport.
