Stayed for one night and it was not worth the $$ I paid for sure. The elevator broke after I checked in so I had to use the stairs from and to my room epoch was on the 3rd floor. The hot tub was colder then the pool and was very cloudy. There were no clean towels in the pool house just all the wet dirty ones laying everywhere. The scale in the fitness room was broke. (Due to a medical condition I have to weigh myself every morning.. The fridge in my room was not working that well, the freezer part was just water. On the wall next to my bed looked like a nasty booger smeared...eew. The only positive thing I can say is the free breakfast was good, and the TV worked. Never again will I stay here.

The room was clean but due for a remodeling. The breakfast bar was rather skimpy. The employees were polite and helpful. My family was in town for a funeral and we were happy that we were able to all get rooms together here. Since it was a holiday weekend the pricing was confusing due to holiday rates for part of the stay. They were short on towels but graciously found another for our son who shared our room. We all were traveling with dogs and I always go to your facilities first to book a room as you allow pets.

Positive: The location to Winstar is great. Negative: The room we had, albeit a new room, was in great need of a deep clean and lots of attention. Any hooks or bars that we¿re supposed to be attached we¿re hanging. The light over the shower was missing the housing. The room needs to be cleaned.

The building has holes in it everywhere, patches everywhere, the elevator is broken, they have no receipt paper to give you a receipt. The rooms are not clean. The toilet paper holder is missing. There is a huge dip in the room floor. The floors were not clean, had rubber bands by the bed. The cabinet is broken, the refrigerator makes a constant noise. The pictures online do not match what you will see in person. It's after 1 a.m. and I can't sleep because I'm stressed about paying $217.00 for this nasty place. The right thing to do would be to give a refund.
