I wish I could give zero stars. My mother, who is almost 83, bought a new phone. She had trouble with it from the get go. She went to the store several times. Finally, I went with her and one of the sales associate had the audacity to say it was operator error. They were so rude I walked out. Husband would have went off I'm sure. Finally, we were given a number to do a warranty claim. I called 2x. Both techs(they were nice) did some troubleshooting. The phone would work for about 30 minutes then would not make or receive calls(that's the problem). Eventually we got a text saying one of the towers needed updating but it wouldn't be done until August. Turned her WiFi calling on and that has helped. She does plan to switch carriers. The service in the Goose Creek store is a joke. The store in Summerville we're much better.

The store on Redbank is the reason I dropped cricket. I had 2 phones and 2 lines, also purchased insurance for the expensive phone, it broke and I tried for 3 months to file a claim and the insurance said my account was wrong and cricket said it was but fixed, never could get my phone fixed because of the messed up account and paid months for 3 months of service and never got to use it and I think they should give me my money back. Also I don't know her name but worst worker in the world. I'm with T-Mobile now and I got a better phone plus only 50.00 a month for unlimited. Never going back.
