Soured on the parts department. Ordered (or so I was told) delivered (or so I was told) I was called it was in and ready for pick up. This process took more than a month. Went to get the part and surprise it could not be found or any history the part had ever been ordered.

Had my mother in laws Kubota riding mower for a year. Returned it yesterday. Deck guards are missing, and it cuts off everytime we try to engage the blades. The mower ran when they took it. They literally made the mower worse, and didn't even return the guards. Absolutely DO NOT take any of your equipment to this company. This isn't the only instance I've heard of them screwing people either. There's a couple dudes in Springfield and Rincon that do superb work, and don't take a year to break your equipment.

I have had a Kubota tractor sitting for 3 weeks and won't run. Mary promised to pick it up on 5 different occasions. Just tired of being lied to and I bought my tractor new from them! No more for me. Zero accountability and no one there cares.
