I moved into a new construction home in September 2021. I can not clean my stove properly because the cook top is not set in place. My husband and I have called to have someone come complete the job and spoke with employees who come into the neighborhood to install appliances on other homes. No one seems to take this seriously when my gas cooktop is completely falling. I am very unhappy because this is dangerous and we should not be coming out of pocket to fix anything when it was written on the invoice they did not complete the job.
