Came in to stay for our basketball girls tournament. Mr. Lee D at the front desk was awesome! He gave me some tips on where to dine for dinner with some great coupons. He was so nice with bringing me extra towels and extra blankets. And he also gave me great directions on the location of where the tournament was being held. He was awesome because of him I would definitely come back to stay. Hotel was nice and clean and smelled really great rooms are awesome. The two queens and sofa bed sleeps 6 and you will still have lots of room.

Wonderful hotel with spectacular service! Front desk attendants were great and the full breakfast was nice considering the last 2 years of the pandemics most hotels were barely serving a boiled egg and yogurt. Anna helped with breakfast and she as so friendly to everyone! Would recommend.

We ended up here after we missed our connecting flight home. They have been so wonderful! They gave us toothpaste and toothbrushes and were very helpful with helping us find food, it was late. Then in the morning we had a delicious breakfast!! The ladies at breakfast were so nice and the food was fresh and tasty! Our room was very clean and comfortable. We slept great here. It was a great stay!

From the desk to the breakfast staff everyone was great especially Karyn she was so nice. The room was great and comfortable. Def better than most hotels with a much higher rate. Also we are in town for a funeral and were treated with a much needed surprise of a bereavement rate which I am sure most other hotels do not offer. Thank you for the great experience. Will def book more stays with BW in the future.
