Positive: Room was spacious and clean, bed comfortable. Negative: They were doing construction on the entry with material falling when you walked out the door. Someone smoked in their room in the middle of the night and it set off the fire alarm for the whole building and we had to go to the lobby. No clear instructon

Negative: All of the elevators were broken all weekend. I am disabled I have a wheelchair and a walker and they put me on the 3rd floor far away from the front desk. We stayed there Friday untill Sunday morning they did not clean the room or take out trash no brkft

I have stayed at many Marriott properties....So, the hotel is in the middle of a remodel which is good for them because it desperately needs it. The reason for 1 star is simple, they charge $10 for parking and there are multiple Marriott properties (as well as other brands) within walking distance that obviously don't charge to park. There is NO breakfast available other than "grab and go" for puchase. The rooms are mediocre at best, the walk in showers are tiny, the smallest mini fridge I've ever seen, my recliner at home is larger than the "fold out sofa ", the bar area is closed, there is a smoke stench that lingers on the hallways and what parking is available is very limited. They literally said to park in the Costco lot if their lot was full, despite the towing enforced signs everywhere in the other lot. DO NOT STAY HERE.

It's a terrible place. The entire place is being renovated. The place is very dated. Everything is from the 90s. The front desk was nice and as helpful as possible. We got in our room and it smelled so bad. Smelled like someone had thrown up everywhere. It was so bad it was making my son gag. We asked for another room. There were none available. They also charge 6 dollars a night to park.....over half the parking lot is fenced off with construction fence. It leaves a very small area to park. I asked if there wasn't any parking left what should I do. She said to park in the parking lot behind ,that doesn't belong to them. I said if I have to park there I shouldn't have to pay. She said it was charged to everyone no matter what. They charge 20 dollars a day in incidentals and the 6 dollars comes out of that. The other 14 dollars if not used will be returned in 7-10 business days.
