Nice to have a place to rest after a canceled American Airlines flight, but the 2 1/2 inch long cockroach visitor on the phone handset did not allow much sleep. Slept (?) for maybe an hour because we left the lights on. Comfort Inn is not on our list for a destination stayover.

Positive: Nothing really. The room was okay. The a/c works great. Negative: They are doing renovations/ remodeling. The hotel smells like paint, they did not serve breakfast because of the renovation. This information should have been listed on the website. If I would have known this I would not have booked here.

The hotel is being renovated and while it wasn’t disclosed it really wasn’t a big deal. We showed up a little early and had the dog with us so we were happy to get in early.. However, the staff doesn’t seem to care about much of anything. The gentleman that check us in had the personality of most pieces of cardboard. I inquired about ice and he informed me that there machine was down “due to renovation” but I could walk over and ask the hotel next door. I informed him we were ordering pizza and asked if they had plates and he asked if one was enough even though an adult and two kids were standing there. He was quite annoyed that everyone wanted their own plate. When upstairs I noticed that the smoke detector in the room had been removed. The ones in the hall were still there so I wasn’t going to complain but the wires were just hanging out of the ceiling. The next morning I got up to take a shower and there was no hot water available. I suffered through it and told the front desk who informed me that there was hot water. To be honest I didn’t know how to respond to that so we packed up and left.

Positive: The hotel was In the area I needed to be as well as close to numerous restaurants. Negative: It would have been nice to know that the hotel was doing renovations that effected allot of the normal services and amenities Even though it¿s a no smoking hotel my room had a cigarette smell in it. Unfortunately they weren¿t able to really remove

For people staying over night on a flight. They get airport shuttle to the Hotel's
The pictures show indoor and as it is indoor but it is open on the side. They pool is closed for the season. My children and I were very excited when we saw the pool in the pictures only to find out we couldn't use it.
Our room with 2 Queens had the standard mini fridge and microwave. Unsure which rooms, if any, have a full kitchen. Best bet is to contact hotel directly.
