When I bought my tires I purchased an alignment where they rotate and balance tires for free. I’ve tried several locations to get my truck scheduled for the rotate and balance and I can never get it in. This location not only got me in immediately and even though my service was free today they treated me like I had just purchased four new tires. I highly recommend this place. They truly care and take customer service to the next level.

Oil change tire rotation service was excellent staff was helpful and friendly. I don't think I have ever had such a great experience as I had at this Firestone top notch.

Took my truck here to diagnose ac issue. Charged me 60$ called said it was fixed and they put freon in it. It worked for all of 5 mins. Called them the next morning he said oh it was just a sensor i could try popping the hood unplugging it and plugging it back it in. Didnt work. I tried 30+ times to get them to look at it and tell me how much it would be to fix. There was always an excuse mostly the ac tech having issues with personal life. Fast forward to this spring. New employees same issue ac tech un available. Wasted 60 here for nothing. Took it to firestone on 121 to find the old counter guy from main st. They charged me 370$ to diag and fix the issue then had the nerve to tell.me it wasnt the plug they described to me on the phone to un plug and plug back in

I worked with the manager. Robert at the Lewisville, Main Street location. I was trying to buy a car from a individual here in Lewisville. So he brought to Robert for mechanical inspection. The service at the store was excellent. Robert was just terrific to work with. Very honest and straightforward person to work with. I highly recommend this store.
