Not enough cashier, and the cashier that serviced me wouldn’t do what I told him to do. Hopefully if the bank is going to be through car that it’s faster. For one transfer it has been 20 minutes.

I came in this morning to pull out money from my account. Then was told that my signature doesn’t match. All my ID’s checked out completely fine. Then I was laughed at and mocked by another lady that was working. The WORST bank experience of my life. I guess that’s why they have 2 stars. I’ve had better experiences at a colonoscopy.

Needed a notary and the inside was closed went to drive through they told me the banker was full for the day and didnt have appointments available for a few days out. So when I tried to ask more questions and i was clearly upset cause i need a notary today. They just decided to ignore me and wouldn't respond. Terrible customer service. Went to the next closest location had no problems got taken care of immediatelyHi there. Very helpful and cooperative. Even in this time of the pandemic. Had an appointment at 9.30 am , my work was done in mere 2 minutes. No hold no wait. Expected more delays but was surprised by the customer service from the Banker - Ms Dahal.We strive to provide a great customer experience and we’re happy to read about yours.
