I had to move at a moments notice because I needed to get specialized medical treatments. I called at the end of the day and Marcus was so sweet and didn't seem to be annoyed that it was almost closing time. I'd been calling places all day and even early on some places acted like it was an inconvenience that I asked them to do their job. Marcus was extremely knowledgeable and helped me determine the exact size unit I needed. He offered to wait for me but i told him first thing the next morning was fine. The facility was immaculately clean and when he saw me he greeted me like we were old friends or something. Very refreshing in a culture where people don't seem to want to work.

I've been with this storage for a little past 2 years we've had our ups and downs but overall it's a decent storage and they keep it clean no one bothers you pleasant enough
