The only thing good about this place is the easy access to 35. Rooms are dated and unkempt, no breakfast as advertised claims COVID. I've seen other posts where the owner says they would take care of it and apparently they haven't. Please don't waste your time and money.

Walking into the lobby, were little trash cans to catch leaking roof. The hallways were filthy had things all over the carpet they needed a new vacuum. The sink in one of our rooms was held together with kroger/ trash bags. Other rooms sink was in two pieces glued together by silicone. The hotel smelled like weed. The side door which is the only way you can get in after hours because they locked the lobby was broken and would not open. Had to call family to come and let me in. HUGE HUGE WATERBUGS half the size of my hand.cant believe this is a choices hotel honestly. A/C in the first room I recieved 209 didn't work. Hotel attendant came to check himself and saw it was blazing hot. Switched to 211, the A/C cover was broken. No Breakfast but online listed breakfast. Said the reason for no breakfast was because of Covid but that's just an excuse now. Building on the outside looks great inside is just gross, very ran down, not maintained. You can tell that just by walking into the lobby. Don't stay here spend the extra money elsewhere.

I had originally booked on choice for 5 nights and the front desk convinced me to get a full week after confirming with the hotel if my plans changed, to the original 5 nights, they would refund me the difference from my original reservation. Lies!!!! I paid about $130 more for the week and they only offered me $19.... Yes, less than $20.00 AND I paid cash/debit and they couldn't even give me cash on the refund... I was a Ambassador for Marriott and I'm familiar with hospitality service and this property has ZERO. That's correct 0. Goose egg. So the only thing I can say is this spot has good location only. Super disappointed. The owner or whoever the day time front desk lady is was so nice and helpful upon check in and wen I had room issues (which I didn't get any compensation for, just a smaller and less upgraded room) the first night. But after that, none. .5 out of 5 stars.

Positive: Parking Negative: First room 211 the sink was broken and glued back together, floor by air conditioner was spongey, carpet disgusting. Shower handle fell off in my hand. Moved to new room 107, not much better, dirty carpet, no hot water, just overall a horrible place.
