The chicken was over cooked and dry. I wanted gravy on the side for my mash potatoes and was told they weren't able to do that, which has never been a problem in the past. The inside of the store was so dirty and needs a proper cleaning. The food use to be my favorite but will probably never eat churches again or at least from that location.

We purchased chicken from this business and it was horrible. It was not fresh, evidently it had been sitting for a while. I've never had this type of experience. This is the Lewisville location. I do not live in Lewisville, but was very disappointed. I kept trying to call but no answer and the voicemail was full and asked for an access code. Today, I finally go through to Mr. James and was informed that it had to be returned in 30 minutes, I wish I had known but again, I don't live in Lewisville. So they can forget about my business, they evidently do not care about satisfying their customers. When I asked for a number to call, they didn't have a number to the main office.

This location is so 🔥 fire ..... nothing else to say plus great customer service. My friends mom travels from mesquite to get this location chicken when on her way to Oklahoma. My first time not last time

They need to be removed from all of the delivery apps. Out of four orders placed they’ve cancelled 3 of them - and the one that they did follow through on was wrong and the food was mediocre at best. They won’t answer the phone so you can find out why the order was cancelled and if pick up is a better option. So now we get to wait up to 7 days to get our money back. I can definitely understand the negative reviews.
