I had an overall great experience here, the rooms are very clean and provided plenty of amenities, the workers the front desk were very welcoming and were helpful in describing all that hotel had to offer upon my arrival. I unfortunately got a room that had a window view of a building about 5 ft from me so I felt like that scene in The matrix when they open the windows and all you see was brick, but other than that it was the greatest experience and I even left a $700 pair of black diamond earrings in the restroom by accident, I realized a day later, and they still had my earrings waiting for me and I know for a fact in most places room service will just pocket anything that they find so for them to actually keep my belongings in Lost and found it shows me the character and the culture of the service team here, and for that I will always be a customer of this hotel.

We arrived jet lagged and stressed after our initial hotel turned out to be under construction. Joanie was fantastic, got us straight into a room with an early check in so we could go straight to sleep. The room was quiet and bed was comfy. Turns out the corner rooms have two windows, which are sunny but have great block out blinds. This hotel is well located to other Art Deco locations, the Jewelry district and the theatres / cultural activities. We’ll absolutely stay here again.

The rooms are small and the window view from the room isn’t great, however the rooms are clean and have the high end classic vibe. The location is unbeatable, close to the market and many restaurants, also the metro. It could feel a bit unsafe at night due to several store closures near by and people sleeping on the street but it’s actually not bad.

Great hotel, I come for work quite a bit and I stay here every time. Great service, friendly staff. Decent gym. Refrigerators are in rooms, I don't think microwaves though in each room.

$80 something.. great location and great rooms
Not really. There is a small pool....more like a bathtub size on the roof. Can't swim in it. It might even be a hot tub but it didn't look like it.
Pershing square is a block away.
It is available but only has room service. In the room you have the menu with the prices. Or you could walk to the nearest iHop as it can get a bit expensive ;)
You can just go to the restaurant. Or if you are staying there call the front desk and ask them how busy they are.
Valet and self park only. Both very expensive options.
If the rooms available 10 am but if not the easiest is 2pm
