USC Hotel

Stayed here while I was attending a conference near the convention center. Choose it because it is a union hotel and am familiar with the neighborhood since I graduated from USC. Reasonably priced and provided everything I needed, comfortable bed, clean room, and on site parking. The staff was very friendly and only had one issue with my key, which was quickly resolved. The only downside is there is not much to do after 10pm especially in the summer. Will definitely stay here again if I attend another conference or event in LA or if I feel like staying nearby after an Angel City soccer game or USC football game. Very much liked being within walking distance of the Banc of Ca stadium and Coliseum.

Giving the USC Hotel 5 stars for the amazing job they did graduation weekend. The decorations, music, and receptions were so much appreciated. There were even little gifts in the room for graduates. While the hotel could use some renovating, I couldn’t be happier with our weekend there. Thank you! Oh, and love the gym and peloton!

One star simply because they placed me in a first floor room, but decided at 315 am that's when they were going to be waxing the floors. Called the front desk about the noise. Front desk informed me it's the best time to do it. Did not get a good nights sleep, no stars for that fact alone.

Very frustrating experience with this hotel. Asked for housekeeping to come three times in one day and they never came. Each time I was assured they would come. Requested toothpaste and was assured this would be brought to the room but no one ever brought it. Front desk workers very friendly and helpful but overall just very frustrating experience for the price.
