I would not recommend. The property owner is not onsite, he lives in Japan. His ranch manager does not speak English and is not a skilled horseman. In the 17 months my horse was boarded at this facility, the electric fence was on less than 5 times, and the front gate was broken for at least two months. In that time the arena was never groomed or harrowed. It is a well known fact that if you as a boarder complain about anything, the ranch manager will ask you to leave, sometimes with only one week notice! Obviously they do not need your business! On the positive side, the pastures are cleaned regularly, the water troughs are scrubbed and filled frequently and the hay is of good quality. Thankfully most of the boarders are horse savvy and will let one another know if a horse has an issue. Do not rely on the ranch manager or his girlfriend to let you know if your horse has a problem. Although they live on the property, he is not responsive via cell phone and does not speak or understand English by choice and she knows nothing about horses and their care, although she is learning. If you care about your horse, find another boarding facility.
