Communication was poor and they didn't accurately diagnose my my truck's problem. They charged me for things I already told them I had done and blamed me for breaking something that wasn't broken when I took it into them.

Trustworthy, reasonably priced, friendly! They did a great job on my car! I was very pleased with the work they did. They were very accommodating and took care of my car fast so I could get back to work. Very happy with thier customer service and I was very happy to find a repair shop I can trust in this valley that also happens to be reasonably priced. I highly recommend these guys! Tell them I sent you over!

And in a timely manner taking care of important items first at a perfect rate so I can afford it. I reccomend ROGUE AUTOMOTIVE TO EVERYONE!! THANK YOU SO MUCH CANDACE COLLINS

Amy at the front desk is friendly and helpful. Had my headlights replaced quickly and reasonably priced. Thankfully they had them in stock as it was raining and foggy. I'll be back for sure!! Keep up the great work all**

I never use the word "tune-up." In older cars with ignition points and carburetors, a tune up was well defined. Not so nowadays. Modern cars with electronic ignition and fuel injection don't usually need a "tune-up" very often. Instead, better to describe the symptom (bad accelation, idles too fast, dies at stop lights, etc) and ask the service writer what she/he recommends. One thing modern cars DO have (mostly) are timing belts which operate the valves in the engine. In some cars, this rubber belt breaking will damage the engine beyond repair. Check your owner's manual to see when it's due. (It's often around every 75,000 miles or so.) I had Rogue Automotive do this on one of my family cars. They use a "kit" which also replaces the water pump and belt tensioner as well as the belt. Those two items can be troublesome, and it makes sense to change them while "in the neighborhood" to change the belt itself. Good luck! I probably would use a drive-thru oil change but Rogue for repairs.
