Their website says open until 5pm but they close at 3:45pm . I arrived for oil change by 4:00 and they lied and said it was after 4pm. I have a phone and know the time, so when i called them out on the lie, they said that their workers had started cleaning up 15 minutes ago and wanted to " go home to their families". Was there a hurricane or something? Not here. The next day i arrived at 8:13 am and there was a 2 hour wait which my schedule didn’t allow. I said, i was here yesterday before 4pm and your website says you are open until 5pm. This employee said in a derogatory way, " yeah, i heard about you". Wow, can’t believe how they treat customers , they used to be 5 stars, not anymore

You can't make an oil change appt. So I showed up this morning and the line is four deep, a two-hour wait just to get in the door! Now I've wasted my time and gas on a trip across town for nothing and even though I have the lifetime oil change and have made one attempt at drop in service, they still wouldn't let me set an appt. Poor way to run a business.

This is the ONLY shop I bring my vehicle if there are issues. I never feel like they are trying to charge me for “blinker fluid” or scam me in any way, which is something I have experienced at other shops in the Rogue Valley. The team at Medford Honda service is honest, hard-working and trustworthy; A place I would recommend any of my non-mechanically inclined friends to visit.
