Most of the students are great, but the MANAGEMENT and BUSINESS ETHICS are TERRIBLE!!! I am 81, and have just had surgery on my back for 3 fractured vertebra. I made an appointment for a pedicure because I cannot reach my nails. I have been a customer for about 5 years. I had an appointment today, and though I was tempted to cancel because my pain was so bad, I pushed through anyway. At the desk there was a sign CASH OR CHECK ONLY. Thier machines were down. I told her I only had $10 cash on me that i brought for the tip, and desperately needed them clipped. I was turned away. "Sorry. Its $20 " All the struggle to get there was for nothing. Horrible business ethic! They could've let me pay next time, or skipped the fancy soaking and massage. Not everyone carries cash anymore.

Gabriel gave me the platinum card hair. I've got dark brown hair naturally and she made sure to keep testing my hair to make sure it wouldn't be fried. It came out gorgeous. Teachers were right there checking her work.

I have never been here before but so nice. Super attentive and the price is so reasonable. I have done a European Spa Facial, Full body Scrub. Armpit wax, and Spa Pedicure. All for less than what you would pay full price at a salon and you are supporting someone working towards their life goals and career. Support local business. I made appointments for 4 twelve year old girls two months in advance to get manicures by students here. I called 4 days before the appointments and confirmed these appointments successfully. The day before they called me and canceled, saying they double booked. Two months in advance? Really? This was part of my daughters birthday party and there was no way to make appointments this late. I will never go there, nor will I ever recommend for education or services. The girl that called was completely rude and didn't care one bit that she was disappointing four little girls.
