Had an issue, Kurt (one of the managers) fixed it. He was extremely helpful as were several other employees I had to interact with. Really appreciate that the process was so smooth. Things will happen, but it is the way they are handled after the fact that earns repeat customers. Thank you.

They had what I needed, but service was somewhat poor. A lot of employees were walking around, but no one seemed to care about helping the customers. I had several walk by without even greeting me. Luckily, I knew exactly what I wanted and had no questions, but a joe schmoe might need some help.

Went to Best Buy in South Portland to upgrade my cell phone and was hoping someone there could help me do so. Tamara was that someone, who helped me pick a phone, setup the phone with my carrier and gave me tips on how to transfer apps from my old phone to the new one. I'm very thankful she helped me that day and I hope others at Best Buy can thank her too.

The sales person who helped me find the power cord was awesome. It was the cashier who was busy cleaning her shoes off thinking That I was going to pay with a card instead of cash . And didn't even stop to look and see what I was trying to cash out with After standing there for about 3 minutes watching her clean her shoes. She realizes oh they haven't paid. That's when she looked up and said " Oh thought you were paying for it with a card". She's not very good in customer service. Maybe a better job for her is in stocking

Best buy cannot. I suggest you go to the Apple store inside the mall. It'll be expensive, but Apple products are generally as expensive to fix no matter where you go.

Early curbside pickup may be for seniors. I would imagine that curbside pickup starts when the store opens. I'm not sure, but, you may have to reserve a time that is available. Check the website or call Best Buy.
There are specialists focuses on cell phones in the store. If you're entering from the parking lot and not the mall itself they're straight ahead. If someone can help achieve that, it is them.

According to their website you can drop off electronic for recycling. Including TVs.
I don't think anyone ever actually answers any phone at best buy. I found the only way to get in touch is internet. Not helpful when computer is down. I found it very frustrating to be unable to reach any other way.
I had an issue with BB billing me twice for the Geek Squad protection plan and Microsoft 365. The only way I could get a refund was to dispute it with credit card company that issued me a credit and then credited me while they waited for BB to "fix it." That took several months!
I have been trying for well over a half hour, asking for different departments each time and waiting a long time after with no answer. I even asked for the store manager once. No wonder they had to close so many stores...customer service is horrible. I won't shop there anymore

Unless this was recently added, they do not have ink or toner recycling. There is a Staples less than 1 mile from Best Buy that does have ink and toner recycling.

Try taking it to an electronics TV repair shop... I believe there are two of them on Forest Ave.... I'm sure that purchasing a new model would be more cost effective than repairing it, probably cheaper in the long run... too bad that electronic devices and appliances seem to have built in obsolescence ... and a shorter life span... good luck Don!

Geek squad should. Depends on the dmg though. Is the structure of the headphones broken or it it a wiring/electronic issue?
