Throughout, every interaction with every employee was gracious, patient, professional and cheerful. This business is a model of what we hope customer service to be but what it seldom is.

Pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism, ease of making an appointment online. thoroughness of the eye exam, and eyeglass selection. I have used many other opticians from Myoptics to Cohen over many years, but this experience was by far the best.They met or exceeded every commitment from appointment time, detailed eye exam with recommendations on what should be further explored and why, to the final delivery of eyeglasses and follow-up.

Fast, friendly and efficient service. Needed a new contact lens prescription. Was able to secure a Dr. appointment fast. Reasonable pricing (paid out of pocket, no insurance). Contact lenses arrived fast and got notification for pickup. Would recommend others to go when you are in a bind or need a regular Dr. for eye exam / prescriptions. They do not do special eye testing (Glaucoma) but can give referral. Dr. Jeremy Du was wonderful and guided me along the way during the exam. Brandon and Austin [associates at the main counter] were very nice and friendly as well. [Disclaimer: Have not gotten spectacles/frames from them, not sure quality or price, so proceed at own research].

This, is: Simply put: a, finely run store, by Tony. For just, one thing: Tony, himself, knows so Very much, optically related info! Other positive examples are: there, are: nearly always: very good buys here. Tony is very willing to fit glasses; &, he, himself, Is: very good at doing so!!. Tony offers: Truly, Great customer service; way above: usually common good levels; which, are already, scarcely found, AnyWhere. Pretty good typical roster collection, of: frame style selections; etc.; &, he, can do: some, special; &, custom orders; &, repairs; replacements; research; reorders; adjustments; refunds; reschedules; &, has his own nice line of frames. Anthony, often is: a, truly, Good; Decent; Honest; Caring; Kind; &, More, than: Fair Man. Tony is honest for sure; But: Genuinely, Goes, the full measure, to: ensure: satisfaction; happiness; &, the, very best possible customer/client experience(s)! As already mentioned, he treats you, w/: many, high degrees of fair-ness; but, in addition; it is simpler to say that: it is how he; &, his family, them-selves, would appreciate being treated, if, they; were paying for services; or: goods, from: somewhere else; themselves. Tony, usually, does: go, the extra distances, to: give, the, reaction, of: the, most decent, of situations, in: reasonable-ness; &, kindest; as well as what is reflected, in: his, pricings; &, policies.
