Staff is professional and friendly but I don’t fully trust them. Their prices are inflated and it seems like they are giving you a discount but they are really aren’t because they inflated the price

SCAM! This place said they will charge me $90 to repair a fall off temple which requires 2 screws. Their reasoning is they have to order the parts from the manufacturer. They recommended me to buy a new pair instead. So I brought it to another eye glasses store in Staten Island and they fixed it for free. DISHONESTY is unacceptable for business. I will avoid this place.
