The customer services are just above and beyond any outside experience with prompt online responses as well as expedient delivery on Mykita eyeware . These people are the real thing! My experience with Sohoeyewear Mykita was exceptionally pleased . Amen 🙏

Great frames as always. Service was disappointing, we were asked to provide a reason for walking in, they did not ask any one else that or try and stop them form coming in. When I told them we are there for a return " manager" started explaining very loudly the return policy (which they did not do at time of purchase).

I purchased a pair of Mykita sunglasses 2 years ago. The arms have just now fallen off for the 3rd time. The 2 first times I went to the SoHo shop to get them re-attached. They glued them back on to the folding hinges, but not without leaving fingerprints fused into the plastic which I didn't mention to them, but I feel they must have noticed. For a pair of $6-700 + cost of prescription lenses, I was hoping for better quality. Also, I have barely been using them (maybe 20-30 times), I wear normal glasses from Mikli and have done that for years and never had one single problem. I know how to take care of glasses, but this is just not worth the aggravation.
