Phenomenal and exceptional! Full transparency: I absolutely love Moscot glasses so this review is going to be biased, but I can’t say enough good things about the service and people who work here. They make you feel like a part of the family when you shop here. Oh and added bonus - you leave looking great. My last visit I saw the Optometrist - Dr. Betsy - for the first time and she actually explained in detail the results of my exam and got me a more accurate prescription. And the frame specialist who helped me, Chris, was super patient for my entire visit. 10 out of 10.
