3/2/21 I've been going to West Side Opticians forever. Very personable staff. Very good service. Nice selection of frames and the owner Stanley is always seeking out new styles. Good selection of sunglasses or chose frames and have them made with your own prescription. Also there is an Optometrist, so if you need an eye exam you can get your eyes tested for a prescription (I believe by appointment only). This store is following strict Covid-19 sanitizing and everyone wears a mask and HAS been vaccinated for the Covid-19 virus. I highly recommend West Side Opticians they do excellent work.

Best place to get your eyes examined and the perfect fitting frames for your face. Have been here for ever because they are so good at what they do. They have been making us glasses for over 30 years. Stanley is really good at what his does. We always leave with frames that make our faces look better and change our out look on the day, good prices better value! The other optical places or online just don't do what they do here. You can't get some one fitting a frame on your face and being honest with helping you like that any more it's a lost skill not taught. They care how you see and feel in the frames they make.

Professional, Helpful, Knowledgeable and there when you need them. When I needed my eye exam because the pandemic had the NYC DMV postpone it, they knew all about it and helped me quickly and inexpensively. I was so happy to find a local reputable eye doctor and frames place.

Had a fantastic experience here when one of my lenses unexpectedly popped out due to a loose screw. Walked in, and they had the lens back in, screw tightened, and the glasses cleaned up looking and feeling good as new in three minutes flat. Thank you so much!
