I have been having trouble with cross eye vision due to a weak muscle. After letting the doctor know about my vision, he took his time trying to help me. Finally he tried several lenses including a prism. That was the one that made my vision clear and straight. I’m very happy with the results. Thanks Doc. Miguel Cruz.

I have been going to Williams since my 10 year old needed glasses at 3 yrs old. I always think I'll go to a "cheaper" place or big box store for my glasses, but then I go back to Williams and I am reminded why we shop small. They always take care of us whether with repairs, replacements, or new glasses. My family has all had our eyes examined there AND they are humble and professional enough to say "That particular issue isn't in our purview, but we can recommend a Neuro-optometrist for you that is fantastic!" And they did. 4/6 people in our home get glasses from Williams. I also love that they support their community. I was at a local business lately (in the same area) and that business was bragging on how Williams staff frequent them and support their business. I love that small town feel in the big city.

Wow what a great experience here on Staten Island.I would suggest going here for anyone with eye care needs. The employees were super knowledgeable and are licensed optometrists waiting to help you. My family members have been going here for years and now i know why. They are much different then every where else i walked into. Just want to thank them again.

I accidentally sat on my father’s glasses and one of the arms came off. I decided on this place based the reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Chris took care of us in less than 10 mins and didn’t even charge. I’ll definitely be back here when I need a pair, the service was great!
