I came in to have help in switching my old iPhone to a new one. Sarah was very helpful and courteous. She was the only sales person in the store and was able to help me and another customer who came in at the same time. It took a little while but she helped me the whole time I was there. Kudos to her for being professional, helpful and friendly!

Ruth helped me save my phone's information after my toddler gregariously attacked the charger port with a stick. She went above and beyond to save the data on my quickly-dying phone, and then helped me find a way to fix it! The one-on-one attention and care I get at this location, which is locally owned, is phenomenal. I would drive well out of my way to use them over any other cell phone store.

Went to this location to switch my service from Verizon to AT&T and it was great. Sean was the only one working at that time and he was a very pleasant and helpful associate. He made the process easy and really knew what he was doing. There was an irate woman that came by and he handled it well and professionally. Would recommend this location!
