Trying on clothes is a nightmare. Like most stores, there is a doorbell to press for the dressing rooms. I pressed the button about ten times, with great pause in between, and no one came to unlock the doors. Two employees walked right passed me. Another employee kept announcing they were closing in 50, 45, 40 minutes and we needed to check out, despite the fact that I still hadn’t been able to try on any of the items. It was not until a woman waiting with me went up a second time that we got service. I do understand there is a labor shortage but this is unacceptable. One of those employees could have easily spared the time to unlock a door.

Prices have become higher than eBay. It's very rare I walk out having bought anything. Media is crazy overpriced! New clothing is more expensive than eBay. For getting completely free product your prices are through the roof!

Dont bother bringing anything to this location. Spent hours filling our vehicles with quality goods only to be turned down at the dropoff area. They are open for business and theres a line of vehicles trying to donate but they dont have anyone available on a Sunday to accept items. Lots of angry people in the parking lot today. We wont be back!

Great! As always... excellent selection, well-kept store. The dressing rooms and restroom were closed, fall 2021. I believe this is because of a staff shortage. Even so, the staff was friendly, checkout was a breeze and the finds were terrific, as usual. :)

Our South Portland store by the Maine Mall is. We're accepting 10 am to 5 pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday every week.
They vary depending upon staffing. My solution is to always call the store and speak to an associate to be sure they will be open. Their website and recorded message says until 6 pm however, I have not found any day where they are open that late. I am moving so have had lots to donate recently.
Usually yes but sometimes they're closed or close early due to staffing issues. If this location is closed try the Millcreek location

Hi Andreea, thanks for you question. We do accept large office desks, but with the pandemic we would not be able to move it out of your vehicle due safety and social distancing. We also not have an option for a truck to pick up. You may want to try other organizations for pick ups - Habitat for Humanity ReStore or the Salvation Army. Thank you.
