Always hot in the store, like the AC is constantly broken. There is a slight smell, like the store is just old. Staff was friendly and polite. The store was clean and everything seemed well organized.

Masks and very few sales attendants to monitor people and precautions. Screens are nice but not in a convenient location for clothes shopping and paying.
JCPenny is in the mall(as you know) and it all depends if they feel it's profitable to stay open. I some of the stores have closed do to neighboring competitors so at this point I don't know. I would call and ask to speak with a manager to see if they're going to be closing. As of right now I do not know. Also you may want to go on the website to check any and all inquiry to see if any plans have come about th closing or staying open
