This store does not even deserve a one star rating. Their customer service sucks. I have two tiny Chihuahuas that I did not want to leave in my car in the heat. Instead of quickly troubleshooting my phone issues and getting over their service dog issue, they are fine with me going to another store and ultimately finding another carrier. Stuff it.

Employee was helpful and not pushy. I am sad they did not have the model of phone I wanted but understand it was considered outdated. If the comparable phone had been in my price range I surely would have purchased here.

Employees are not helpful. There were 7 employees working, visible and on the floor. Sadly all of them looked like they had better places to be. We were passed off twice to another employee to help us. We came in wanting to open up a new account but left frustrated and with more questions than answers. This is the first time I've felt that talking to a bot was more helpful than a live person. Pros: - The store looked clean and employees were spread out for physical distancing. - It appears they offer curbside pick up - No Wait time

Sad Lion

This Verizon store is well stocked with all the latest tech and phone selections. The store is laid out so its convenient to find what you're looking for and the atmosphere is relaxing. The store does get very busy, but the staff are extremely helpful and courteous. The store is in the Lakewood Pavilion which is a great location for shopping. I've made a few purchases here and I'm very satisfied with the customer service I've received.
