After 16 years of using the same flatware, we decided to find something new. We do the bulk of our shopping online. But we wanted to be able to see and feel this product. The store had a decent selection in a wide price range. We made our choice and are more than satisfied with it. The store was very clean and well organized, and masks were required for everyone.

Love BBB; they have good merchandise, good selections and great prices. Easy to shop online, but not to return items to the store (the code they give you for a return can't be used by the associate, not can the codes that are on the paper that comes with ur order; they need your order number and it's super tiny on said paper). Oh, and even with my order, the system tried to refund less than what I paid. Associate needed a manager to fix it so I can get back what I paid for it, so weird. Other than a somewhat difficult return process, it's great.

Don't offer military or AARP courtesy discounts/ appreciation. A little more expensive for same like item elsewhere.

They have lots of home decor, accessories and necessities. They are open but have a mask with you before visiting. Bought a candle + a candle holder, duvet set and bed side table.
