I went in with hair down to my elbows. Showed a picture of the haircut I wanted. Below shoulder length with long layers. I got an above shoulder bob. No layers. So short I can barely put it in a ponytail. Not what I wanted. Not what I showed you. I had grown my hair out. It was long. I could have had any haircut. Why a bob? Ugh.

Refused to help me with my daughters tangled mess of hair after previously telling me not to cut it myself. They said they could de-tangle her hair if I ever had problems. They looked at it for a second and told me they don't do that.

Quick, courteous, and pretty good quality. They got me in and out quickly with a pretty good cut. Considering the wait for other shops nearby was over 2 hours, I greatly appreciated the expediency!
