I ABSOLUTELY 💯 recommend this clinic if you are struggling with your addiction and want help but can't do it on your own or cold Turley. This clinic is beyond what my words can express. They will do whatever is needed to get you to where you want to be in your life. They do not judge at all, they are ALL understanding and excepting of everyone for any reason. All of the staff , front desk , councilors, nurses, doctors they are all so wonderful and they take pride in there work and they genuinely CARE ABOUT YOU. They have resources for just about everything, they will go out of there way above and beyond to help you. Even of tou mess up, relapse, miss appointments, whatever it may be, it's OK. They will help you get back on track and they won't give up on you. The except you for you. They take the time to get to know you, they have conversations with you, they listen and want what's best for you. They remember everyone by name here, first and last name. I can go on and on about this place, if your reading this, maybe it's because your wanting or needing help? Maybe your a parent or a friend of a loved one who needs help? This place will give you what you need to be able to live a life in recovery and succeed and thrive. To overcome your addiction and all the bad that comes with it. To take control of your life again and be the best version of you that you can be. YOU ARE WORTH IT, YOU ARE ENOUGH. you deserve to be happy. This clinic will get you there if you give them the chance. All of the staff here wants to help YOU. They will even provide you a bus pass (monthly not daily, and orca card) or a gas card if you have a vehicle. You got nothing to lose. Hope to see you there!

I am Very Mixed Today First. I really AM very Thankful this Place Exists. It HAS Helped a Lot. And.... at the Same time.. they have Some issues and some things To Fix. Acting Like They Are Not Responsible for their own failures or blaming Us for EVERY AND ALL FAILURES .. is Not effective and Will NOT allow you ro fix anything . If their is nothing to Address or change then you wont change a thing. We ALL have Our Own responsibilities. When any Form of issue occurs: the solution Can Not Be Blame the patient and make the patient suffer. That is not acceptable. We trust you. To hold our treatment and health in your hands Together with us. A team effort. I have to Do the right thing and be personally responsible. And you have to do what you say and follow through and not just drop the ball and blame the patient. I am Not Sure what is wrong with the telephone communication between us. After leaving this morning and learning that you were not getting through to my phone l had 7 different people call my phone to check the issue and every one got right through. Only Your Office Is not ringing my line. It is Very Bizarre and l do not yet know why. I have made sure your numbers are in no way blocked. I have asked Verizon and they say there is no problem. Regardless. Your staff member called my phone in front of him and saw for himself exactly what it is doing. You all know that l am in no way avoiding an appointment. I want to Have the appointment. But Why? Would your reaction to That. Be to Make me get violently sick. ? There was no reason to make me sick this morning? It wasnt neccessary to make me do another random UA one week after doing one for you and making me wait to dose. ? It only caused suffering for no reason. ? I dont understand what that was for. ? It felt like people took pleasure in making me suffer. Why? And lastly. The receptionist who wants to defend herself While l am trying not to Karl on her shoes .. I NEVER claimed that she Said they had a bed already for me. What l said was. And l quote her directly. "Sign and date this form. Here and here. And you will hear from them by end of today or .. possibly by Monday afternoon , as they have beds over there and he will get you into something in the next few days : now that he had this form " It wasnt a promise to Be In a room by a particular moment. It was a promise to be getting placed reasonably soon as it opened up . But None of that happened at all. The form vanished. And no one has ever seen it again. Now . To be fair. I believe she got sick. As did l also. We all got sick over the next few days. And I think that messed up the original intended process and it happens. I only wanted people to care. And try. And try to Get me off the street before l slipped through the cracks and noone knew or cared. I mean. Poor me right My wife would Be so Hurt to see thst in just 30 days I Lost Everything we ever worked for and made together. Gone. How sad. I just hoped people could care. Could help me in this One Heart breaking moment of Complete weakness and pain... l do not have normal Ability to be Strong and Handle a lot of Pain and stress with a clear mind. I am pushing through a mental health process of loss. I feel Angry sometimes and Broken sometimes and desperately alone and hopeless sometimes. The entire range. And l need the Peofessionals dealing with that. .. to be the professionals. Not expect me to have it all together and have all my normal mental health tools readily available to call on. It's hard. Its painful. It hurts. . And sometimes l cant. But . Please. I beg you guys. Dont make me Suffer. That isnt kind. You are being trusted. Please try to be trustworthy. . Please. I Need you to be trustworthy and reliable. . Or there is no point. This has to be a team effort. I am counting on you

I have never had a negative experience at this clinic, the nurses n counselors have always been very friendly and encouraging. Especially thru out my pregnancy one nurse named Brittany was so awesome n sweet n would always discuss my pregnancy with me! Even tho things got a little hectic during the beginning of the covid pandemic n i no longer had one specific counselor at that time, all the staff still was very professional yet friendly n did their best to make me feel comfortable each time i spoke to someone new. I ALWAYS recommend ppl still struggling to go to this clinic!
