Some of the best clothing I both were purchased a Zara and some days are just a waste. Overall I can sit at four out of five items are very good and the other one is just OK or lower than that.

DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give this store a 0, I absolutely would. They racially profiled my family and I and basically threw us out of the store for coming in 45 minutes before closing. We picked up over 20+ items and wanted to try them on, the manager told us no and then angrily said “Fine, you have 5 minutes or else we’ll close the store”. Frustrated and angry, my family and I rushed. They came into the fitting room 3 minutes later to tell us they’re closing the register and we won’t be able to make our purchase. How can you kick a customer out of your store 10 minutes before closing, although you clearly see they’re buying items? I cannot grasp this. I work in the customer service industry and I know what customer service is. I’ve never EVER experienced such horrible service, and being racially profiled at the same time. The manager Maryelle and her staff do not treat their customers with respect or with any type of value. Her and her employees laughed, said they were not going to ring us up, and gave us a countdown of when we NEEDED to leave. We ended up spending $400 EACH (it was 3 of us) and they were willing to throw us out of the store if we didn’t get to the register in time. It is disgraceful how ZARA is such a well-known brand but has employees AND MANAGEMENT who do not care nor show respect for their new/existing customers. It turned me away from the brand to know that they allow people like this to represent them. It’s 2022 and this type of treatment is UNACCEPTABLE. I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK.

This will always be my little spot at this mall, the clothes can sometimes be a disappointment, but that’s also why they have a website for you to order on. It always seems packed, but in truth it’s just that the line wraps around now because of Covid... unless it’s just really busy lol. I’ve never had a problem with the service here, if anything it’s just other customers not having manners.

Great customer service but they tend not to have many cashiers working. I normally go there to buy my children clothes but when I need to check out I can never check out in the Childrens department because they’re under staffed and I’m redirected to the women department to check out along with an eternity long line, which is very upsetting especially when you’re shopping with a toddler.
