I really want to give no star but there is no option. I used to love this store ...they don't give you a refund if you don't have your receipt. Basically, I shop for my daughter all the time, one pants didn't fit her so respectfully, I asked, if I could get refund. They said no. I paid with my debit card and the pants has all its tags and H&M logo, untouched and brand new. The cashier was the most horrible cashier I have ever dealt with, and the manger was even worse. I was speaking with him in a low voice, and he raised his voice more and more that most of the customers were staring at us. I had to rush out of the store since he started to make me feel so embarrassed. I don't really know how they can hire whoever comes to the door as a manager in a large store like this one. He is unprofessional, he doesn't know how to speak with the customers and the most important thing is that how to resolve an issue. This guy has no sense of judge of anything. Basically, most of the retail store, as long as you have the merchandise and paid with your debit card, they will give you refund but this store doesn't. I will not go back to this store.

Worst H&M. Both fitting rooms were closed for no reason. When confronted staff about it they were very rude and unhelpful. Why work at a retail store if you are going to be miserable all the time?
