Biscuit appears to have mold on it. I went inside to get a refund. I showed the cashier and they said it doesn't look like mold, but, it looks like it hit the floor. They had to get a manager to process my refund, I showed them and again was told it wasn't mold but, it's the butter from the baking sheet. I have someone very close to me that is a baker for a living, and they, nor I, have ever seen butter make anything turn that color. They were kind, courteous and they did offer to give me another meal before giving me a refund.

This particular popeyes has great food like the rest of them do, but i have to travel about 40 minutes to get to this location from home. I ordered 5 of the blackened chicken tenders along with some of the chicken nuggets, drove ALL the way home just to find out I paid an extra $4 and no nuggets. Super disappointing considering I took the time to go all the way here for their chicken. 😔

Absolutely the worst experience ever. We came by for dinner and waited in the drive thru for approximately 20 mins. Once we were about to order- they let us know the credit card machine is down and only accepting cash- we left came back to order and took another 30 mins in line. Absolutely no organization and the lobby is closed.

Workers inside when I went through the drive-thru and no one ever spoke to us, then we tried to go inside and order but the door was locked it was 6:30 pm and they close at 8pm. We watched the employees messing around in the back as we went through the drive through
