Just took our travel trailer home today!! We had an extremely efficient and comfortable buying experience from the Fife Poulsbo RV. Billy the salesman let us see as many trailers as we wanted and gave us ample time alone in them as well as giving us tours and information about them!! Steve the finance guy knew exactly how to get us the best interest rate and worked extremely well through my busy work schedule to get us what we needed! Tony the service guy left no stone unturned when it came to showing us all the features and answering the list of questions we had!! Anyone thinking about getting an RV should look no further than Poulsbo RV, my family and I could not be happier and more excited. Thank you again to all the guys who helped us along the way!!

Traveling from NM to Bellingham, WA for our grandson's first birthday, we were alerted by fellow motorists on I-5 new Tacoma that we were dragging the rear-most belly pan of our Airstream. I immediately pulled off and, having few tools or supplies, looked for some help. Remarkably, there were multiple RV dealers and shops at the exit I had taken. Phoning several shops, I was told they couldn't fit me in for weeks. Camping World didn't even answer the phone or return my message. Luckily, I connected with Paulsbo RV Fife. They took me in immediately. Aaron (?) got out his tools, and laying on a creeper in a steady rain, tacked up my belly pan with self-tapping screws and advised later replacement with rivets. We were on our way in just over an hour and made the birthday party with time to spare!

We were led to believe that we were getting a 2022 but it turned out to be a 2021. That’s on me because I should have seen that on the initial paperwork. We were told that it had a convection microwave because there was not a gas oven in it. That also turned out to be untrue. Most upsetting was that when we first looked at it there was no roof access ladder so we asked about it. Thinking that a ladder was standard equipment we asked about it and were told that they could get one in about 8 weeks and no we didn’t need to have it listed on the due list. When we went in for our walk through we were told that, no, ladders are not standard equipment and to get one would be an additional cost of $750 installed. Total honesty and being straight forward is something that is very commendable to us and that is not what we got. The one bright spot was Toni Kohlbeck who did the financial work. She was very pleasant to deal with and very efficient.
