When I was looking for my dream Mercedes-Benz, I found exactly what I wanted at Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma! A beautiful 2016 Mercedes-AMG CLS 63! The only issue was they were over 2,500 miles away from where I live on the east coast. I contacted the dealership anyway to inquire about the vehicle, and was directed to Brandon in sales. He was absolutely phenomenal in reassuring me that the vehicle could be shipped and all the paperwork could be completed remotely! He had expert and prompt communication with every step of the transaction and treated me as if I was a local customer right at his desk. The dealer was transparent on all fees and pricing and the method of how the vehicle would be shipped. I highly recommend this dealership, especially Brandon on professionalism and a first class experience. Don't hesitate to call him, it will be worth it!!

Waited almost three hours for an oil change. Called two times prior and got three different quotes on price which continually went higher with the third quote pre tax when I arrived being $30 more than the last one. Never received a call my vehicle was ready for pickup and car was NOT washed when I picked it up as it was supposed to be. The people working here were friendly and I understand they were busy, but my advice would be to call the customer when work is complete and wrap up paperwork while the customer is headed that way. The girl told me she hadn’t called me because she was working on paperwork and that’s why another employee found the paperwork for my vehicle waiting on her desk, which didn’t seem to be a valid response, especially considering it was very dead by the time I actually arrived.

Best place to buy a new Mercedes-Benz , even with the inventory shortages they were able to find exactly the car we were looking for. Salesperson Victoria and the general manager Brandon went out of their way to make a perfect deal for us. Even the finance manager Jose made all the process very smooth. Will definitely recommend the dealership to all my friends.
