Update - 8/4/22 - Just wanted to say thank you to the Maintenace team of Alex and Vlad, they are always responsive and thorough. Most recently, they did an excellent job power-washing our patio, it turned out great!! While I'm at it, thanks to Genisis with helping us renew our lease, as always, friendly, helpful, and professional!!! - We've lived here for over two years now...all in all a nice, well-maintained apartment complex with good amenities. The office and maintenance staff are friendly, responsive, and do a very good job; for special occasions they do things like Muffins and Mimosas which is a nice touch. Like everywhere, the neighborhood and neighbors have an impact, and this neighborhood could use an upgrade.

Maintenance is the absolute best! I pray I have maintenance like this at my other apartments. Downfall is how well you can hear the neighbors and they don’t do anything about parking. They will send emails pretending they care but they really don’t. They took away basically all of guest parking to allow inoperable vehicles to sit in one spot for months and some residents have way more than 2 cars so be prepared to not have a spot for your 2nd vehicle or your guest and have your ear plugs ready. If it wasn’t for maintenance and how well they keep this place clean I would’ve left after my first lease was over.

Bella Sonoma Apartments and Townhouses have been a wonderful place to live. They have great amenities, super maintenance workers, conveniently located in Fife off the freeway, and have community events for all residents. We're just waiting for the Cabana to reopen until 10pm for residents to enjoy indoor events. =)

I’ve been a resident at Bella Sonoma for one year now and it’s been pretty great. I moved from CA to WA in 2019. My previous apartment in fife was horrible. I experienced an attempted break in, the apartments were Smokey and falling apart. Rent was high. Office staff were rude. It was overall a terrible experience where I felt unsafe and unvalued as a resident. I began looking into Bella Sonoma June of last year and finally by October 2020 was able to move in! For the most part I feel pretty safe and I do absolutely love my home. Staff/management is always super helpful, fast and friendly. I feel comfortable addressing issues when they arise and satisfied when they are resolved. I absolutely adore the maintenance guys they are hard working and have always helped me out as quickly as possible when needed. The complex is beautiful and clean which I greatly appreciate. It is a nice place to come home to and I always feel excited and proud to show off my home to family and friends when they come out to visit.
