I have several failed insulated windows (4) that I was fairly certain would not be replaced due to the expense of windows. Well, I was correct. The maintenance guys came out to basically say No, we will not replace those. I said what about the extra money I pay for heating as the cold just passes through so much easier. He just shrugged and didn't say anything more. So I have to pay extra for heating and get to look out foggy, drippy windows. Not very cool in my Book. These places are not cheap but will become truly ghetto as major failures aren't replaced/kept functional.

I went to tour this property today with my boyfriend. Sarah was so great & didn’t rush us. We ended up not moving forward with Rainer pointe because we thought another property would be more convenient location wise. Sarah is such a gem & Rainier pointe is really nice too!!

We lived in a Hotel for 3 weeks, so imagine how anxious we were to move into our new HOME, Rainier Pointe. Staffs were very professional, helpful, over communicating and friendly. I really appreciated that! First night comes, our car got towed cause we parked in the wrong stall. We originally thought we can park anywhere, but I guess that wasn't the case. It would cost us $493 to get our car out. So, can you imagine, how frustrating we were after paying so much to live in a Hotel, our first month move in with down deposit, and now almost $500 to get our car out?? I was in tears!! However, we are truly Grateful and Thankful for the staffs for acting very fast to help get our car out at NO COST. We got our car the very next day. We LOVE our new spacious, clean and very comfortable HOME, especially for us newly weds. THANK YOU RAINIER POINTE! You are truly appreciated. GOD BLESS!
