They have free carports for apartments and garages for townhomes and open spaces!
I live in this community, yes they do offer parking. I'm allowed 2 vehicles. 1 assigned covered parking and any uncovered parking is open for anybody
At Bella Sonoma, the apartments come with one carport and the townhomes come with either a one car garage or a 2 car garage. The property has some open reserved spaces available for rent and some open parking available. This property is a permit property, so anyone parking on the property needs a resident parking permit. Update! As of April, 2022, due to feedback from residents, guest parking is in a designated area with no guest passes required. You still need a permit to park on the property and all carports and spaces with numbers are reserved only.
It’s a huge hassle. Any friend you have over has to have a parking pass. Super fun to deal with if you want to have someone over after work and the office is closed.
